Blacksmith. One of the early settlers of Plymouth colony. In 1632 Gov. Bradford named him among those to go to Dorchester. He was in Dorchester in 1633 and was elected selectman at the first town meeting every held. Joined the church in 1640. Freeman in 1642. Member of the Boston ancient and Hon. Artillery.
